L.A. Marathon Kick-Off

Our L.A. Marathon Kick-Off is this Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 6:30am. Have you been thinking about wanting to do your first marathon, but you don’t think it’s possible??? Think again! ANYTHING is possible, as long as you BELIEVE in yourself!
We will have a Special Guest Speaker, NADIA RUIZ, known on Instagram as @IronGirlNadia. Nadia is an educator, coach, ultrarunner, triathlete.
Also, joining us will be PAULINA, sports therapist, known on Instagram as @bodyworkbypau, she will be providing sports massage & compression therapy after your workout.
