Training Programs

There’s a group for everyone! We aim to meet the needs of all runners. We have multiple programs to help you at whatever level you are. We have a group for Walkers, Pre-Conditioners, Novice 5K/10K, Bridge to Half, Half Marathoners, and Marathoners. The mileage for each group will be posted and displayed weekly via social media, or you can find the details on our training plans. Your miles, smiles and safety are important to us. Join us and speak with your coach to ensure you are increasing your miles safely. Our goal is to help you accomplish your running goals, meet new people, and have fun doing so.
