Which group do you run with?: I am the Pre-Conditioners Coach
How long have you been with the Pasadena Pacers? I have been a Pacer since March 2009.
How many marathons have you run? I have run multiple races from 5K/10Ks, half marathons, full marathons, ultras, and a fifty miler as a Pasadena Pacer.
Why do you run? I run for my physical and mental health.
Favorite post run snack/meal? My favorite post-run snack or meal is whatever is available, mineral water and a good cup of coffee.
Running Mantra: My running mantra changes depending on my surroundings, but normally involves the environment/ I like to repeat “Thank you for the breeze, the sun, the sounds…”
Hometown: I consider Northeast Los Angeles my hometown.
What do you do for fun? My hobbies include riding a motorcycle, playing guitar, running, and traveling with my family.
Anything else you’d like your fellow Pacers to know? I believe that if I can run, so can anyone else, and that is why I coach the Pre-conditioners.
