Why do you run? For my overall health and to make friends.

Favorite post run snack/ meal? Bananas and oranges.

Running mantra: I might not have a runners body, but I have a runners heart and that’s all I need.

Occupation: Stay-at-home mom.

What do you do for fun? Hike and trail run.

How many marathons have you run? One, and looking forward to my second one.

Why do you run? Running is my favorite exercise, it’s simple and I feel accomplished after each run short or long. Just put on shoes and go!

Favorite post run snack/ meal? Coffee and eggs.

Running mantra: Fast or slow, a mile is a mile.

Occupation: Health Educator.

Hometown: I was born and raised in Mexico.
