This 12 week program is designed for everyone and is completely FREE! Speed training workouts are designed by Dr. De La Cruz and he will explain every detail of them during each speed session. Workouts will be posted online prior to each speed session just in case you cannot make it in person. Please start building up some consistent mileage prior to beginning the program.
